About This Role
Alga Beer Co., one of Pensacola's most celebrated local craft breweries and a featured participant in the 30th Annual Emerald Coast Beer Fest, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Brewing Assistant to join their production team. You'll assist head brewers in all phases of the brewing process — grain milling, mash and lauter operations, fermentation monitoring, cellaring, packaging, and sanitation. If you love craft beer and want to turn that passion into a career, this is your in.
Requirements
Passion for craft beer required. Physical ability to lift 55 lbs. Brewing education or experience a strong plus.
