Double Red Flag — Water Closed

The water is closed to all swimming. Extremely dangerous surf and rip current conditions. Entering the water is prohibited and may result in a fine.

Purple Flag — Marine Life Present

Dangerous marine life (such as jellyfish, stingrays, or sharks) has been spotted in the area. A purple flag may fly alongside another colored flag.
