About This Service
Pensacola Beach Properties and Navarre Beach Properties are seeking two full-time, year-round Field Technicians to support our vacation rental portfolio across Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. Duties include unit departure inspections, arrival inspections, minor maintenance, vendor coordination, and inventory management. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, organizational skills, and accountability. A great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and takes pride in the details.
Credentials or Experience
Valid driver's license. Strong communication skills. General maintenance knowledge helpful. Must pass background check.
